Ingredients

1 can Sweet Condensed Milk
2 packages Biscuits square biscuits(petit-beurre)
2 cans Vegetable whipped cream unsweetened
1 package Cocoa Powder unsweetened
9 Tbs Granulated Sugar
800 ml Water
1 cup Chocolate flakes semi sweet
240 gr Icing sugar (or powdered sugar)

In a bowl add the water,granulated sugar and cocoa powder and mix them all together.

In another bowl add the whipped cream and using your hand mixer beat it for a few minutes.Then add the sweet condensed milk and the powder and beat it again with your hand mixer.

Take a pyrex and create the first layer by adding every biscuit into the cocoa mixture.Use as many as needed to cover bottom of your baking dish.

Then add the half of your whipped cream mixture and carefuly spread it on the surface of the biscuits,making sure not to mix the cream with the cocoa and becomes brown.
Continue and make the next layer as described above and then add the other half of the cream.

Finish your dessert with the flakes -spread them to cover the whole surface.
It needs to stay at least 3 hours in the refrigerator so it sets or you can leave it overnight(I prefer to do that).
