250gr Digestive Biscuits crumbled
90gr Butter
125gr Cream Cheese
1 envelope Lemon Jelly If the package has 2 use one of them
1 envelope(powder) Whipped Cream vanilla flavoured
200ml Milk full fat
200ml Hot Water
for topping Blueberry Jam

This is a recipe that my daughter’s godmother gave me and it is so quick and easy that you will not believe it! It is one of my go-to recipes and every one who tasted it,wanted this recipe so bad!

In a glass of hot water add the lemon jelly and whisk until sugar dissolves.Place the jelly in the fridge. Leave it there while you're making the cream cheese filling.

In the food proccesor with the crumbled biscuits add the butter.Mix it very well and put it into a pan or baking dish and using your hand flat the surface.

In a bowl add the whipped cream powder and the milk and using your hand mixer mix them very well.

Add the cream cheese and the lemon jelly and continue beating until everything is combined. If it is a little runny don't worry it will set in the fridge.

Pour it over the biscuits and put it in the fridge for at least 8 hour or during the night.
Top it with blueberry jam and there you go!
