Ingredients

700gr Chicken thigh fillet cut in bites
500ml Chicken stock
1 chopped Onion
1 cup canned Mushrooms
1 cup Heavy cream
4Tbsp Olive Oil
1Tbsp Corn flour
2Tbsp Water for the corn flour
to taste Salt,Pepper

This my all time favorite recipe for chicken with curry sauce!! It’s so simple with only few ingredients and tastes amazing!There are no words to describe this dish!

Creamy and spicy , the perfect combination.

In a pot add the olive oil and when the olive oil is hot enough add the chopped onion.Let it sizzle for a few minutes and add the chicken.

Let it cook for a few minutes and gain some colour.
(it takes 4-5 minutes)

Add the curry powder and using a wooden spoon give it a stir.

Add the mushrooms and stir again.Add the chicken stock ,salt and pepper and let it cook for 20-25 minutes in a pressure cooker or about an hour using a regular pot.

When the chicken is fully cooked add the heavy cream and continue cooking.

Mix the corn flour and the water and add it to the chicken and let it cook until the sauce is thickened.
Serve it with basmati rice!
