Ingredients

500 gr Penne or rigatoni
1-2 Tbsp Butter or olive oil or even margarine
100gr Parmesan cheese grated (I prefer parmesan reggiano)
100gr Edam cheese grated
100 gr Mozzarella cheese grated
80 gr Roquefort cheese crumbled
1 cup Heavy cream (full fat or low fat)
to taste Salt,Pepper
1/2 cup Regato cheese optional

This is a pasta recipe with you for my creamy 4 cheese penne!
It is so simple and easy that you won’t believe it! I tried it at a restaurant and recreate it at home! If you like Roquefort cheese you will love it! Even my mom who doesn’t like at all Roquefort cheese, in this recipe she eats it!
On top if you like add some grated Regato cheese or don’t top it with anything! The recipe is perfect on its own!

Cook your pasta and strain it.

Using the same casserole add the butter, the heavy cream and when the heavy cream starts to make bubbles around the edges add the rest of the ingredients. Add the pasta and mix them all together.Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately!
