1 package Filo dough cut in three stripes
250 gr Kasseri cheese grated
250 gr Kefalograviera cheese grated (I prefer parmesan reggiano)
250gr Goat feta cheese crumbled
2 Eggs
to taste Pepper fresh grounded
for frying Vegetable Oil

This is the recipe for the best homemade filo dough cheese rolls! It’s easy, simple and quick and everyone who loves cheese will be thrilled

In a bowl add the eggs and using a whisk or a fork beat them for a minute.

Add all the three kinds of cheese and pepper and using a wooden spoon or spatula mix them all together.

Cut the filo dough in three pieces and take each filo add one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it .Just before the final roll take the edges left and right and turn them inside and then make the final roll.By doing that the filling will not come out.

When you are finished with rolling it is time to fry them.
Fry them just for a few minutes until they get this nice gold colour. Serve them immediately.
