500gr Penne Rigate or penne or rigatoni
1-2Tbsp Butter or olive oil or margarine
100gr Parmesan cheese grated
100gr Edam cheese grated
100gr Mozzarella cheese grated
80gr Roquefort cheese crumbled
1 cup Heavy cream
to taste Salt,Pepper
for topping Regato cheese optional

This pasta recipe simply rocks!! It is so simple and easy that you won’t believe it! I tried it at a restaurant and recreate it at home!

This pasta recipe simply rocks!! It is so simple and easy that you won’t believe it! I tried it at a restaurant and recreate it at home!

In a large pot add water and bring to boil, then add lots of salt and cook your pasta.

Drain the pasta, and in the same pot add the butter and once it is melted add the heavy cream.Give it a stir with a wooden spoon and when the heavy cream is hot enough add the grated cheeses.

Give it a good stir and when the cheeses melt add the Roquefort and stir again. When the Roquefort melts too, add salt and pepper.Stir again.

Now add the pasta into the pot and mix them all together.Serve immediately.
