1kgr Granulated Sugar
1/2 lemon Lemon Juice

Homemade Strawberry Jam Recipe 37

When strawberries are in season I make homemade strawberry jam because in my family we all loves strawberry jam!Especially my children!

For this recipe you will need candy thermometer!

Remove the stalk from all of your strawberries.Put the strawberries into a large bowl and using your hand squeeze them so that you have small pieces of strawberries,strawberrry purée.

In a large pot add the strawberry purée and the sugar and let it come to a boil. Meanwhile remove the foam on the surface or your jam.

To make sure that your jam is ready and cooked ,you will need a candy thermometer.When the temperature shows 104 degrees Celsius the jam is ready.

Add the lemon juice so that the jam has the right consistency as a store bought one.Let it cool and transfer it to sterilised jars.
