Vegetable Oilor ad 2-3 tbsp butter

2 tsp Vanilla extractor 2 vanilla powder sticks

Shift the flour with the vanilla powder. |

Take a bowl add the egg, add the sugar and using a whisk whisk it very well. |

Add the vegetable oil or the butter(melted) and keep whisking. |

Now add the milk and then the flour.Continue whisking but if you see any lumps you can shift the mixture. |

Now grease a pan and take a scoop of your mixture (1/3 or more that depends on how big in size you want your crepes and of course on the size of your pan) and bake them for 2-3 minutes each side at medium-high temperature.To be sure when your crepe is ready you will see small bubbles on the surface.Then is the time to turn it over and cook if from the other side too for 2 minutes. |
