Ingredients

1000gr Peas I used frozen
1 Onion sliced
2 Potatoes cut in large pieces
2 Carrot sliced
2 Tbs Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp Dill fresh and finely chopped
6 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 cups Water just enough to half cover your ingredients
Salt,Pepper to taste

Cook peas with tomato sauce and serve it with feta cheese!

This is a recipe for a quick and easy homemade food!Simple yet delicious I think that you will love it!

In a large pot (I used my pressure cooker)add the olive oil. Turn your stove on high heat.Add the onion and let it sizzle for a few minutes.

Add the frozen peas give it a stir and by doing this the peas will thaw.Add the carrots, the potatoes and the dill.Mix them all together.

Add the tomato paste and the water, salt and pepper.
Put the lid on and cook it for 8-10 minutes(if you don't have a pressure cooker you have to cook it for 20-30 minutes).
Open the lid and if you have plenty of liquid put in on the stove again so that the liquids evaporate.Serve it with feta cheese!
