Ingredients

1500 gr Pork Loin
500gr Plums coreless
1 Onion sliced
from 3 oranges Orange Juice
250 ml White wine
250 ml Brandy
4-5 Tbsp Olive Oil
to taste Salt,Pepper

Goes perfectly with mashed potatoes or rice!

A sweet and sour dish, easy and simple as always!

In a bowl add the plums, the orange juice and the brandy.Let them sit while you preparing the meat.

In your pressure cooker add the olive oil and turn your stove on medium high.Place the pork loin and let it sizzle for a few minutes and take a nice colour.

Add the onion and let it sizzle for a couple of minute and then add the wine.Give it a stir.Add a cup of water and put the lid on and cook for about 45 minutes.

When the pork loin is cooked add the plums which the orange juice, salt and pepper and let it cook for another 30 minutes until the liquids are evaporated and the sauce is thick.
Serve it with with mash potatoes or rice!
