Ingredients

225gr All purpose flour
150gr Butter at room temperature
60gr Granulated Sugar
60gr Light brown sugar
150gr M&M's
50gr White chocolate chips
50 gr Semi sweet chocolate chips you can use dark or milk chocolate chips
1 Egg
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Vanilla extract
a pinch Salt

They taste amazing! Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside!

That is how a cookie supposed to be!

Preheat your oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl add the softened butter and both sugars.Beat them with your hand mixer.

Add the egg and the vanilla extract and keep beating until everything is combined.

Add the flour and mix it in with a spatula.

Add the white and semi sweet chocolate chips and the M&M's and fold them in with your spatula.

Place cooking paper at the bottom of your baking dish and using an ice cream scoop make round shaped cookies from the dough until you've used all of it.

Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes.Once they're baked let them cool for a few minutes and transfer them to a cooling rack.
