1000gr Veal Ι ask for the crest part
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2-3 Onions chopped
3 cloves Garlic chopped
1 shot Whiskey
2 Tomatoes grated
2Tbsp Tomato Paste
1/4tsp Clove grounded
1 stick Cinnamon
1 Bay leaf dried
to taste Salt,Pepper
2-3 cups Hot Water

In a large skillet (I used my pressure cooker)add the olive oil and turn the heat on. Put the meat and let is sizzle until it takes some colour.Take it off and place it on a plate.

In the hot skillet add the onions and let it sizzle.Then add the garlic and on top add the meat again.Add the juices of the plate.

Add the shot of the whiskey and wait 2-3 minute until the alcohol evaporates.Add the tomato paste, the fresh tomatoes, all the spices except salt and water.Give it a good stir and cook it in a pressure cooker 40 minutes or about 3 hours in your skillet in medium heat until the meat is soft and tender.

When the meat is done add the salt.
Serve it with pasta, rice or mashed potatoes!
